Introduction of MY CYTANET SERVICES and provision of
four (4) total additional free e-mail
accounts for CYTANET subscribers |
Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you that a new facility called MY CYTANET SERVICES
was introduced by CYTANET on Monday, 12 February
2007, providing you with more options and ways to manage your
Internet connection and e-mail service.
At the same time it provides you with four (4) free email addresses in total. The first email address is activated with the initial installation of your CYTANET access service. You can define and activate the remaining three any time you wish through "MY CYTANET SERVICES".
MY CYTANET SERVICES which is an upgraded version of the
"CYTANET Personalisation Services" allows you to:
- access the Webmail service in order to read/send e-mails and manage your e-mail service.
- change the
password you use to access the Internet and/or your e-mail service.
- activate and manage the antispam and antivirus protection.
- manage the
Internet roaming service.
We recommend that you take advantage of
the facilities offered by MY CYTANET SERVICES and, at the same time,
invite you to benefit from the provision of the free additional e-mail
accounts.
To activate these extra e-mail
accounts, click on "Create Additional Email Account" in MY CYTANET SERVICES.
If you are already
paying for additional email
accounts, our intention is to convert them to “free of charge” so
that you can benefit from the
offer right away. If you have more than three additional email accounts, the
first four (4) alphabetically ordered, will be converted to free of charge.
The billing of these email accounts will seize as from 1 March 2007. In case
you do not consider the above arrangement satisfactory, please contact us at
cytanet@call-centre.cyta.com.cy, until
the
28th of February 2007.
