2. Πληροφορίες αναβάθμισης

Τεχνικά, η αναβάθμιση των ταχυτήτων για την πλειοψηφία των συνδέσεων θα ολοκληρωθεί μέχρι το τέλος Δεκεμβρίου 2012. Συνδέσεις στις οποίες παρουσιάζονται τεχνικές δυσκολίες η ολοκλήρωση της αναβάθμισης τους θα παραταθεί μέχρι το τέλος Μαρτίου 2013. Σε περίπτωση που για τεχνικούς λόγους δεν θα μπορούμε να σας αναβαθμίσουμε στη νέα ταχύτητα, θα σας μεταφέρουμε στο προϊόν με την αμέσως καλύτερη δυνατή ταχύτητα με αντίστοιχη μείωση των τελών και θα σας ενημερώσουμε ανάλογα.

Σε περίπτωση που δεν επιθυμείτε την αυτόματη αναβάθμιση της ταχύτητάς σας και θα θέλατε να παραμείνετε στην προηγούμενη ή να μεταφερθείτε σε οποιαδήποτε άλλη ταχύτητα, παρακαλούμε όπως επικοινωνήσετε μαζί μας τηλεφωνικώς χωρίς χρέωση, στο Κέντρο Τηλεφωνικής Εξυπηρέτησης στο 132 ή στο 8000 80 80.

2. Upgrade Information

From a technical standpoint, the upgrades to the speeds of the majority of connections will be completed by the end of December 2012. Upgrades to connections presenting technical problems will be extended until the end of March 2013. If, for technical reasons, we are unable to upgrade your connection to the new speed, we shall transfer you to the product with the next best possible speed and apply the corresponding reduced charge, about which you will be informed.

If you do not wish your speed to be automatically upgraded and you prefer to remain at the present one, or to be transferred to any other speed, please contact us, free of charge, at the Cyta Call Centre on 132 or on 8000 80 80.
